I understand from using the marketplace that the apps user-base is about as toxic as it comes so I guess that’s why Facebook doesn’t want to provide customer service to them but it’s a fact that I’m only using the app because many use it, so customer service for a social app should literally be a given.

This is ridiculous because it’s clearly bot related but since there’s apparently no customer service the only solution is to try to figure it out yourself, which I would imagine would only make the situation worse in facebooks eyes. If I try to use another account I get the same treatment. I think I placed a tag Facebook didn’t like so have been “under review” for some time. The marketplace is pretty bad but helpful for certain items that are annoying to ship. I don’t use social media much but had been using Facebook marketplace.
